ZWO ASI 178MM features a 6.4 megapixel 1/1.8″ Sony IMX178 sensor with 2,4 μm pixel size and 3096 * 2080 resolution. We highly recommend these cameras for planetary and lunar astrophotography, as well as autoguiding. With the included all sky lens, these cameras also make a fantastic all sky camera.
There are two versions of this camera:
- ZWO ASI 178MM = Mono lunar/planetary camera without cooling.
- ZWO ASI 178MC = Color lunar/planetary camera without cooling.
