The Lacerta Premium Dovetail Clamp (suitable for Vixen / SkyWatcher and other compatible dovetails) is a CNC-manufactured high-quality clamp which, unlike many competitors, diverts the load from the fixing screw.

Caution: The clamp is built very tightly, and the dovetail cannot be swiveled in, it must be inserted from below or above.

The clamp has a 1/4 inch screw thread in the middle, as well as countersunk mounting holes. It is also fully Takahashi compatible, there are two holes for M8 35mm apart. The clamp fits on the Takahashi EM-11 and EM-200 mounts, as well as on the top plates of Takahashi telescopes with double tube rings.
