Artesky Retrofit Kit for 200 mm Skywatcher Newtonian Telescope

You have bought a Skywatcher 200/1000 or 200/800 Newtonian and want to improve its performance? The Artesky RETROFIT kit makes this possible. The kit is completely made of solid aluminium 6061, anodized matt black and fits the Skywatcher Newtonian without any problems. You can continue to use the original secondary mirror with holder. And this is how the conversion succeeds:

• Remove the front ring of your Newtonian.
• Unscrew the secondary mirror with the secondary mirror spider from your Newtonian.
• Remove the secondary mirror with the holder from the secondary mirror spider. The secondary mirror remains on the holder.
• Screw the Artesky front ring with the secondary mirror spider to your Newtonian. Matching screws are included in the delivery.
• Fasten the secondary mirror with the holder to the new spider by using the supplied screws.
• Collimate the secondary mirror with a collimation laser.
• Now your improved Newtonian is ready for observation or astrophotography.
