G3M178M

The G3M178M is a camera equipped with a Sony IMX178 monochrome sensor, which is best suited for photographing the moon and planets and as a guide camera. The camera's small 2.4μm pixels capture every detail razor-sharp. At full resolution, the camera produces shooting speeds of up to 60 fps, and in Region of Interest (ROI) mode it is significantly faster when the camera is uses only part of the sensor for capture. In order to maximize the recording speed, it is advisable to save to the computer directly to the SSD drive.
